These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Luckybee’s website, our online ordering services, WhatsApp and Instagram ordering, and purchases made at our Indore store. By using our website, placing anorder, or purchasing any product from us, you agree to these Terms.

2. Products, Condition & Pricing

We sell a combination of fresh products, Amazon returns, open-box goods, and excess or surplus inventory. Some products may be sold on an as-is basis and may have cosmetic marks, opened packaging, replaced packaging, or other characteristics associated with open-box and surplus goods. Please review our Product Condition & Grading Policy carefully before  placing an order.

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, colours, and images as accurately as possible. However, actual products may vary slightly from the images or descriptions shown, particularly in the case of open-box, returned, and surplus products.

All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (₹). Taxes may be included or excluded as indicated at checkout or on the applicable product price tag.
Prices, promotional offers, and sale rates may change without notice and may differ between our physical store and online sales channels.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, update product information, cancel incorrectly priced orders, or limit the quantity of any product purchased by a customer.

3. Orders & Payment

When you place an order, you are making a request to purchase the selected product. A contract of sale is formed only when we confirm your order and/or dispatch the product, as applicable.

We reserve the right to cancel an order due to stock availability issues, pricing errors, suspected fraudulent activity, payment problems, delivery limitations, or any other reasonable business or legal reason. If we cancel an order after receiving payment, we will refund the applicable amount in accordance with our Refund Policy.

Payments may be processed through third-party payment gateways. By making a payment, you may also be subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant payment provider. Luckybee does not store your full card details.

4. Returns & Refunds

Returns, replacements, and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Due to the deep-discount and open-box nature of much of our inventory, most sales are final. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before completing your  purchase.

Our total liability in connection with any order will not exceed the amount paid by you for that specific order.

Except where a manufacturer warranty is expressly stated to apply, open-box, returned, and surplus products are sold on an as-is basis. No implied warranty applies beyond what is required under applicable law. Where a manufacturer warranty is available, the applicable details will be provided to you.

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms, our website, services, or products will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, subject to any rights or jurisdiction that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
