Shipping & Delivery Policy

This policy applies to orders placed online for delivery across India. You are also welcome to buy and collect your order in person from our Indore store.

Order Processing

  • Orders are usually processed within 1–2 working days after the order and payment have been confirmed.
  • Order cut-off times, public holidays, and stock availability checks may affect the processing time.

Delivery Timelines

  • We aim to deliver orders within 3–7 working days from dispatch, depending on your location and the courier service.
  • Delivery to remote or non-metro PIN codes may take longer.
  • Delays caused by couriers, weather conditions, strikes, or other events beyond our control are not our liability. However, we will assist you in following up with the courier where possible.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges, where applicable, are calculated at checkout based on the product weight, dimensions, and delivery destination.
  • Any applicable shipping charge will be clearly shown before you complete your payment.
  • We may offer free shipping on orders above ₹2,000 from time to time.

Serviceable Areas & Tracking

  • We ship to most serviceable PIN codes across India through reputed courier partners.
  • If your delivery PIN code is not serviceable, we will contact you with available options or arrange a refund where applicable.
  • Once your order has been dispatched, we will share a tracking link or tracking number through SMS, WhatsApp, or email where available.

Delivery, Inspection & Multiple Items

  • Please inspect your parcel at the time of delivery and record a complete unboxing video before opening the package.
  • For more information about claims and returns, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy.
  • Orders containing multiple items may be shipped in separate packages. You will not be charged any additional shipping cost for a split shipment initiated by us.
  • If a package is returned to us as undelivered because of an incorrect address or repeated unavailability of the customer, additional re-shipping charges may apply.
